System Design
To ensure successful products, we carefully check ALL the design requirements for a product, especially the possible omissions which may impact operational reliability.
To date our success rate has been excellent, where electronic products are reliably used in challenging applications, with exposure to bright sunshine, rain, frost, solvents, high electrical noise, abuse by users, etc.
Some examples of our system design are:
Print Position Controller
A multiple installation of high reliability print position controllers on the printing presses of a UK national daily paper. The system has been operational for over 2 years with minimal operational problems.
From design brief to final installation was completed in 12 weeks.
System design covered all aspects from

A complete indoor bowling scoreboard system of rugged design and clear visibility.
The first 8 scoreboards have been installed since December 1997 and has been in constant use 364 days per year without problem.
